E-state ideas

1: The exchange of social capital is increasingly easy - and as cash is less available, it’s time to leverage the exchange of personal capital - of the networking and interactive potential of the e-state. How can the Front Porch forum idea augment and support traditional education? How can that tool provide a safety net for at risk kids? How can increased connectivity begin to address what humanity lost with the dissolution of the extended family?

2: The legislated bureaucracy of public education has increasingly crippled the institutions mission. Public education remains on a trajectory away from “education” and towards institutional survival. Corporate desire for good worker bees has increased the pressure to stifle the creativity and innovation that remains the United States primary global advantage in the world market.  How can an e-state contribute to teaching the education client its value, as well as market creativity and innovation? There seem to be ways it could. The potential of the tools to foster innovation, creativity and the core mission of education - with minimal capital investment, is extraordinary.

3. Americans remain the most prolific producers of content on the internet. How can the e-state catalyze e-content production to drive Vermont to the forefront of content creation?
